WARRANTY & RETURNS (v2.1)

We stand behind the operational integrity of our constructs.

IIf your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@0fate.com and providing clear visual evidence (photos and/or videos).

Resolution Options (at 0FATE’s discretion):

• Free replacement
• Partial refund
• Full refund (in confirmed cases only)

Returns due to size selection, fit preference, or personal reasons are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns must be shipped to our designated return facility in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

⚠️ International return shipping fees may exceed the product value. Please review size guides carefully before purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Orders placed using discount codes of 50% OFF or higher
• Clearance or promotional items marked as Final Sale
• Sanitary-sensitive items, including bodysuits, swimwear, masks, and piercing jewelry
• Gift cards

Once an approved return is received and passes inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refund processing time does not include bank or payment provider delays.

Refunds will not be issued for returned items that are not received, refused, or abandoned during return transit.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or odor are not eligible for return or refund.

Orders that are in transit or under investigation are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
