By accessing or using the 0FATE interface and services, you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Protocols, and Warranty & Returns policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please immediately terminate your uplink (discontinue use).

• 0FATE reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

• All prices are listed in USD (unless displayed otherwise) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are securely processed via encrypted third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe).
• 0FATE does not store full payment credentials on our servers.

Operational timelines, customs responsibilities (DDU), return eligibility, and refund conditions are strictly governed by our Shipping Protocols and Warranty & Returns policies. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these specific protocols.

0FATE reserves the absolute right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, bot activity, or policy violations.
• Limit or terminate service to users engaging in excessive disputes, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors (“System Glitch”), inventory discrepancies, or unforeseen malfunctions.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the 0FATE network.
• Transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.
• Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0FATE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

0FATE shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.

All content, designs, logos (“0FATE”), and system identifiers on this website are the intellectual property of 0FATE and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written authorization.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
